To this date, ESMOD has 21 schools in 14 countries worldwide.
Graduates of ESMOD Paris receive a diploma recognized by the French government. Since 1992,
ESMOD has been collaborating with the University of Lyon Lumiere 2 to create 3-year degree courses at ISEM, the European Institute of Higher Fashion Education. Graduates of ISEM can continue to pursue their studies at the University of Lyon Lumiere 2 in order to obtain a diploma equivalent to a bachelor's degree. Every year about 20% of ISEM graduates attend the University of Lyon Lumiere 2's 1-year graduate degree course, which enable them to pursue a bachelor degree in Fashion Management.

furthermore,since 2005 ESMOD Paris has been collaborating with the French National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts(founded in1796) to implement a 100-hour course on Production and Innovation, allowing students at ESMOD Paris to earn credits and ultimately obtain a bachelor's degree from the conservatory.

ISEM：an ESMOD institute of Fashion Management. ISEM graduates are employed with famous European labels such as Hermes, Givenchy and Dior as assistant merchandisers, in planning, sales, etc.
